I am Jim Dicken. I own quite a few websites.. among them is www.Scam-Email.com where I daily catalog the scam emails that I get online. I have another website.. Fishing Guides Home Page which has been the target or the source of emails, since I have over 600 fishing guides listed on my site www.FGHP.com and they were the targets of scams.. when I realized that people were targeting my guides I started to warn them and to keep track of scams. This led to the site.

    Hello Jim – thanks for your scammer info – We run a small fishing lodge in north Australia’s Gulf Country, and we were nearly caught by Anthony Philips of ‘Jordan Island’ but it all read a bit sus, so we looked it up on Snopes first (nothing) then googled him and your site came up. His email read nearly as you mention, except no Chinese letters, though he uses 2 emails one is just msn.com and the other is yahoo.com.hk (which I guess is China now!)
